We then blended it with a barley wine that matured for over a year in bourbon barrels, and laid the blend on walnuts and pecans for three weeks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eIn the Glass\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePitch black and viscous. The nose opens slowly with bourbon vanilla, dark chocolate, dried figs and walnut. Warm and full, almost liqueur-like. Fruity, nutty, roasty.
