For Bingen Bier Festival 2026 all the participating breweries brewed one beer together, with Kuehn Kunz Rosen, Rheinhessen-Bräu, Hop Hooligans, Lieber Waldi, Norm Brewing, Faselbräu, Maktoob, Baxbier, Hoppebräu and Still Brewing Society.

The Style

The West Coast Pale Ale comes from the western United States. A lean, clean malt base and American aroma hops, bright in the glass and dry in the bitterness. Here Citra and Mosaic show what they can do on a base like that.

In the Glass

Golden and clear, fine white head. Bright citrus notes, stone fruit and tropical fruit. Lean body, balanced bitterness, dry finish.

Serving

At 6 to 8 °C in a tulip glass. For long festival evenings.
