Ohne Csirip - Non-Alcoholic IPA - Collab with First Craft Beer (incl. VAT & deposit)

Csirip is Hungarian for chirping. And in German, "einen zwitschern" means having a drink. Ohne Csirip is alcohol-free. After the Kererū we are brewing with FIRST Craft Beer from Budapest again, and after the Vogelfrei it is our second non-alcoholic IPA. The can shows the feathers of the Vogelfrei, reinterpreted.

The Style

An IPA lives from hops, from aroma, fruit and bitterness. The art of a non-alcoholic IPA is getting exactly that into the glass without the alcohol that otherwise carries body and flavor. Here that is done by Riwaka and Motueka, two hops from New Zealand.

In the Glass

Golden, slightly hazy. Ripe lime, passion fruit and a little citrus. Surprisingly full body and a fresh, cleanly integrated bitterness.

Serving

At 6 to 8 °C in a rounded glass or a tulip. With grilled food.
