Ribisco - Non-alcoholic Redcurrant Sour - Collab with Kein & Low Vienna (incl. VAT & deposit)

The currant was the obvious fruit for us. In Carinthia it grows in what feels like every second garden, intense in flavor and unmistakable in color. Brewed with kein&low from Vienna, who bring the know-how for non-alcoholic drinks.

The Style

In a Fruited Sour, real fruit goes straight into the beer, no essences and no syrup. In the Ribisco it is organic red currants from Austria. They give the beer an elegant acidity.

In the Glass

Deep ruby red with a violet shimmer. Fresh red currant on the nose, juicy and slightly tart. Fruity and lively, sweetness and acidity in balance, a berry finish. Light in body.

Serving

At 6 to 8 °C in a champagne glass, which shows off the color best. As an aperitif, or over ice cubes in summer.
