The Schnepfenstrauß is our centerpiece. An award-winning New England IPA that has already convinced judges at home and abroad. It came out of the wish to let the fruitiness of modern hop varieties shine.

The Style

The New England IPA, NEIPA for short, is hazy, golden and very fruity. Classic IPAs rely on bitterness, the NEIPA on soft, juicy hop aromas. Little bitterness, lots of aroma.

In the Glass

Dense haze, golden orange. Tropical fruit on the nose, mostly mango and passion fruit, with a little citrus. Creamy and soft on the palate with a round body and a long, fruity finish.

Serving

At 7 to 9 °C in an IPA or tulip glass. With spicy Asian food.
