Winter Affair - Ice Cream Sour 0.5 Liter (incl. VAT & deposit) - collab with Zichovec, 500ml

Zichovec from Prague invited us to the Winter Affair festival for the first time in 2026. This beer is our answer to the invitation and our first one together. Strictly limited.

The Style

An Ice Cream Sour is a fruity sour beer with a creamy body, almost a dessert. Here with raspberries, blackberries and currants, the earthy depth of beetroot and tonka bean. Instead of lactose, a vegan ice cream powder provides the creaminess. Vegan and lactose-free.

In the Glass

Bright purple red, dense and creamy. Raspberry, blackberry and a warm, vanilla-like tonka note. Fruity and tart with the body of a smoothie, the beetroot adds depth. A long, sweet and sour finish.

Serving

At 6 to 8 °C in a wine glass. As a dessert beer.
